Four Seasons Resort Hualalai

NEW RESORT FEE:

For reservations deposited after October 15, 2026, a Resort Fee of USD 75 per room, per night (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations arriving on January 1, 2027 and beyond. The fee includes access to the Hualalai Spa & Wellness Center fitness facilities, Alakaʻi Nalu Ocean Activities equipment, tennis and pickleball courts, use of the golf driving range, Cultural Center classes and experiences, non-alcoholic beverages in the Private Bar, and overnight self-parking. A portion of the fee also contributes to local conservation efforts across Hawai'i Island.

NOTE: Beach Tree Pool Closure Notice – September 8 to mid-November

Beginning on September 8, 2026, Beach Tree Pool will be temporarily closed for necessary repairs and enhancements to the wood deck surrounding the pool. The project is expected to be completed by mid-November 2026. Guests will continue to enjoy access to the resort's seven other swimming facilities.

Cancellations for a room reservation must be received at least 21 days prior to expected arrival (30 days prior for suites). Policies may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Resort will retain the full deposit. If the length of stay of a guaranteed reservation is shortened within the cancellation period, the Hotel will charge for two nights’ accommodation. Early departures will result in a fee equal to two nights’ room rate. For more details about cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at the time of booking.

All specialty suites hold the following cancellation policy: if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival date, the Hotel will retain the deposit. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date, a full, non-refundable pre-payment is required.
