Who we are

Stays Perks is operated by Geisel Power, an independent travel advisor doing business as Geisel Power Travel, an independent affiliate of Travel Experts, Inc., a Virtuoso member agency.

What we collect

• Your requests. Your name, email, phone number, trip details (destinations, dates, number of travelers, budget) and your message, whether you use our forms or an AI assistant sends the request for you.
• Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Payments to us. If you pay us directly, for example a planning fee, card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

The site uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie for the advisor's private admin pages.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare your written quote and book your travel.
• To give the hotel or other supplier the details your booking needs, and to share booking records with Travel Experts, Inc. and Virtuoso for reservations and commission tracking.
• To send the newsletter, if you subscribed. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the records that tax and other laws require.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we rely on

• Vercel: hosting and data storage.
• Resend: delivering our emails.
• Google Workspace: our email inbox.
• Stripe: card payments made to us.
• Virtuoso: hotel information. Hotel photos on some pages load from Virtuoso's image servers.
• An AI service, reached through Vercel's AI Gateway, that helps sort incoming requests by urgency. It receives the text of your request.
• Google Fonts: our pages load their typefaces from Google.

How long we keep it

We keep request and booking records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@powergtravel.com. We will answer within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as completed bookings, are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16. We collect information about children only when a parent or guardian includes them in a booking.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
