1. Who we are

Stays Perks is a trade name of Geisel Power, an independent travel advisor who does business under her own name as Geisel Power Travel. She is an independent affiliate of Travel Experts, Inc., a Virtuoso member agency.

"We", "us" and "Stays Perks" mean Geisel Power. "You" means the traveler, or a person or AI assistant acting for the traveler.

2. What we do

We are a travel advisor. We find, quote and book hotel stays and other travel for you with the companies that provide them: hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers. The supplier, not Stays Perks, provides the stay or service and is responsible for it.

3. Hotel bookings

• No fee. We charge nothing for hotel-only bookings. The hotel pays the advisor a commission.
• A written quote first. We reply within 24 hours. Your written quote covers the room, dates and guests you asked about: the rate, taxes and fees, the total, the hotel's cancellation policy for that rate, and the Virtuoso amenities. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
• You pay the hotel directly. Payment for hotel bookings always goes to the hotel, under the hotel's own payment terms, such as a card guarantee or a deposit. Stays Perks does not take payment for hotel stays.
• Confirmation. Your reservation confirmation repeats the cancellation policy for your rate.

4. Virtuoso amenities

Each hotel provides its amenities under its Virtuoso program, and they can change from year to year. Some, such as daily breakfast and the hotel credit, come with the reservation. Others, such as an upgrade or early check-in and late check-out, depend on availability when you arrive. Your quote and confirmation say which is which for your stay.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations and changes to hotel bookings are handled with the hotel under its cancellation policy for your rate, which we send with your quote and with your reservation confirmation. Any refund comes from the hotel. We will help you make the change or cancellation, but the hotel's policy decides any penalty.

6. Planning services and fees

For trips beyond a hotel booking, such as multi-stop itineraries, cruises, tours, safaris and packages, a planning fee applies. We agree the fee, what it covers and its refund terms with you in writing before any work starts. The suppliers' own prices, payment schedules and cancellation terms apply to the travel itself.

7. Using an AI assistant

You can ask an AI assistant to search our hotels or to send us a request. We treat the assistant's request as coming from you, and we book only after you confirm. If what your assistant tells you differs from our written quote, the written quote is what counts.

8. Information on this site

Hotel descriptions, photos and amenities come from Virtuoso and the hotels. We work to keep them accurate, but they can change. We do not publish nightly rates on the site; your written quote is the description of an offer.

9. Memberships

We don't offer memberships at the moment. The Virtuoso perks come with every hotel booking, with no membership needed.

10. Our responsibility

We arrange travel that others provide. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or failures, or for events outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
