The resort’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received 21 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to the rate and taxes for two nights. All 4-bedroom accommodations require any cancellation or amendment be made 30 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to the rate and taxes for two nights. For reservations between December 18, 2026, and January 2, 2027, a deposit of 50% of the room rate and applicable taxes is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged on October 1, 2026, and is non-refundable. To avoid forfeiture of the deposit, reservations must be canceled by October 1, 2026.
