Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive refunded payment. A 10% fee of your total
reservation amount will be non-refundable. Cancellation notifications occurring less than 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for a refund. However, cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival due to medical emergencies are refundable with medical documentation. Reservation reductions such as party size or duration will not receive rate adjustments prior to 60 days of arrival.
