The green o - The 12 homes at the green o are carefully arrayed on a densely timbered hillside. Each Haus offers privacy for two—a sanctuary among the trees. All reservations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. To confirm your reservation, we ask for a two-night deposit of your total reservation amount. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your arrival, we will refund your full deposit, less a transaction fee that is 10% of the deposit amount. If you must cancel fewer than 60 days prior to your arrival, your stay is non-refundable. Within 60 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for cancellation of a portion of the reserved stay, reduction in size of party, or shortening the length of stay. Reservations made inside 60 days prior to arrival must be 100% prepaid at the time of booking.
