The Grand's new state-of-the-art cookery school opened in March 2019 and hosts over 50 different classes. With 16 working stations, a connecting meeting space, a dining area, and an outside terrace, it's perfect all year round.

Our standard cancellation terms are 4pm day prior to arrival, however individual rate plans may have varying cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy for Flexible rates

A credit card number will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. No pre payment will be taken and the room can be cancelled without penalty up to 4.00pm the day prior to arrival.

Advance Purchase Rates

For reservations on the Advance Purchase Rate, we will take full pre payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-amendable to any other dates.
