Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel, Oxfordshire, will welcome guests once again in summer 2027, marking a new chapter for one of Britain’s most celebrated country houses. Le Manoir is undergoing an extensive renovation and will return with its distinctive spirit intact, while introducing a vision for the future rooted in its extraordinary gardens, the changing seasons, and a philosophy of nourishment. Reflecting Belmond’s ethos of Slow Luxury, the renewed experience will invite guests to discover the UK’s original garden-to-table manor house at a new pace - slowing down, reconnecting with nature and enjoying the luxuries of time, place and discovery. Britain’s original garden‑to‑table destination, pioneered by its founder, Raymond Blanc OBE, is nestled in the tranquil English countryside, the 15th‑century retreat, with its distinctive rooms and suites, invites discovery of twelve unique gardens – including the Japanese tea garden, two‑thousand fruit trees, and the renowned potager vegetable and herb garden, which supplies the restaurant with the freshest, premium ingredients. The new Culinary Director, visionary French chef Arnaud Donckele, an alchemist of flavours, will offer a renewed expression of Le Manoir’s identity and legacy, featuring bold creativity, immersive artistry, and a deep connection to the local terroir. The legendary restaurant, previously led by its founder, retained two Michelin stars for every consecutive year since its opening in 1984. At Le Manoir, guests can experience culinary excellence, quietude and joie de vivre in a quintessentially English setting.

For individual bedroom reservations we do have a 7 day cancellation period (by 4pm local time 7 days prior to arrival). If a client needs to cancel within 7 days prior to arrival we do need to resell the accommodation to offer a full refund.
