Cancellations must be received five days prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited.

Exceptions:

Dec. 24, 2015-Jan. 1, 2016: A minimum length of stay of four nights applies and a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required at time of booking with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee refund of deposit. No-shows and early departures are not refundable.
