Cancellation Policy
Regular Season:
3 night deposit inclusive of taxes and resort charges is applied 5 months prior arrival. Cancellation policy for full deposit applies 30 days out.
Holidays and peak season includes:
President's Week, Easter Week, Spring Break, Thanksgiving Week. During these period a 5 night deposit inclusive of tax and resort charge is applied 5 months prior arrival. Cancellation policy for full deposit is applied 60 days out.
Festive Season starts December 17th, 2017 and ends January 4th, 2018. Full payment is required by June 30th, 2017 and will be consider as non-refundable by July 1st, 2017.
