Standard Policy (No Cancellation Fee Waiver)*

• More than 30 days’ notice: $500 deposit held on account for one year towards a future visit.
• 29 to 15 days’ notice: $500 cancel fee per person, per week. Balance Refunded.
• 14 Days or less: $1,000 cancel fee per person, per week; Balance held on account for one year towards a future visit.
• Day of arrival: Full amount forfeited.

With Cancellation Fee Waiver (Cost = $100 at time of deposit)*

• More than 30 days’ notice: $500 Refunded,
• 29 to 15 days’ notice: $250 cancel fee per person, per week. Balance Refunded.
• 14 Days or less: $500 cancel fee, per person. Balance held on account for one year towards a future visit.
• Day of arrival: 50% of payment will be forfeited; The remaining 50% will be held on account for one year towards a future visit.

Note: All deposits and cancellation penalties shown above are per-person. There are no refunds extended to those who arrive late or depart early.

You can add it for $200, as long as your arrival date is more than 30 days away. Unfortunately, it cannot be added within 30 days of arrival.
