All cancellation requests must be written and sent directly to our reservations department at info@kenoaresort.com.

Low Season - There will be no refunds of deposits made.

• If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the check-in, the amount paid will be available for 12 months from the supposed check-in date as a credit for a future stay.  After this period, the credit will expire.

• If the cancellation is made in less than 7 days prior to the check-in, we will apply a No-Show and there will be no credit available for future use.

Out of Low Season - There will be no refunds of deposits made.

• If the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the check-in, the amount paid will be available for 12 months from the supposed check-in date as a credit for a future stay.  After this period, the credit will expire.

• If the cancellation is made in less than 21 days prior to the check-in, we will apply a No-Show and there will be no credit available for future use.

Early check-out - we will charge 100% of the daily rate and/or package.
