Cancellation Policy
The cancellation or alteration requests must be send written, directly to the Resort reservations department via fax +55 48 3953.7046 or e-mail reservas@pontadosganchos.com.br.
• Up to 60 days before check-in: 5% fine over the deposited amount;
• Up to 30 days before check-in: 50% fine over the deposited amount;
• Less then 30 days before check-in: 100% fine over the deposited amount;
• For delayed check-ins or anticipated check-outs it will be charged for 100% of the remaining balance, once minimum stay required has been fulfilled.
• There will be reimbursements of the deposit
