Restaurant & Bar

Surrounded by the scents of aromatic herbs, the vibrant colors of the Tuscan countryside, and the rolling vineyards and olive groves of the estate, the culinary journey at Castello di Velona is a unique sensory experience.

The indoor and outdoor dining areas overlook the UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia, thanks to the panoramic terraces of our two restaurants, facing west, where spectacular sunsets paint the horizon. Here, at Settimo Senso, guests can enjoy an immersive culinary experience, savoring fine wines and extra virgin olive oil produced by our estate.

Located in the pool and wellness area, the Dolce Vita Restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy refreshing drinks and aperitifs at any time of day, as well as indulge in the bold flavors of an authentic Tuscan Barbecue, Gourmet Pizza, and exquisite dishes made with seasonal fish, ensuring a complete culinary experience that caters to all tastes.

Spa

The OLISPA is a true oasis of wellness and relaxation where one can fully regenerate its body, mind, and spirit. In all the areas of the spa dominates the Travertine, a prestigious Tuscan marble, which conveys a fine and linear design to this wellness paradise. Every corner of the OLISPA is designed to provide a complete sensory experience: the wet area, with a Jacuzzi, a large panoramic sauna with two windows, two Turkish baths, emotional showers, and an ice waterfall, a relaxing room with fruit and herbal teas and a warm circular pool with thermal water. The thermal water that flows at 85 ° comes directly from Mount Amiata, a now extinct volcano (last eruption 180k years ago) and made to flow directly inside the Castle and in the bathrooms of the UNESCO View rooms
