Aman Perks: What a Virtuoso Booking Adds at Each Aman Hotel

The way to extra perks at Aman is to book through an advisor in Virtuoso or in Aman's own program for advisors; Geisel Power is in both. Every Aman hotel we list publishes its Virtuoso package, and most share one shape: an upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; a $100 credit; and early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. Breakfast for two is on each list too, though every listing notes it is already part of the rate. The differences, hotel by hotel, are below.

How Aman works with advisors

Aman hotels are Virtuoso partners: each one lists its own Virtuoso amenities, which come with a booking made by a Virtuoso advisor. Aman also has its own program for advisors, and Geisel is part of it. It works the same way as Four Seasons Preferred Partner.

Aman counts 36 hotels and resorts in 21 countries. Our catalogue lists 29 of them, plus Janu Tokyo from Janu, which is part of Aman Group, and all 30 carry Virtuoso amenities. Aman's website also lists a Travel Advisory Board of 13 luxury travel advisors.

What a Virtuoso booking at Aman includes

The usual package has four lines. Across the 30 Aman Group hotels we list:

Every credit carries the same three conditions: not combinable, not valid on the room rate, and no cash value if not used in full.

Breakfast is already in the rate

At Aman, breakfast is not the perk it is elsewhere. Every Aman listing we carry notes that breakfast for two is “already included in property rates”. So weigh the other three lines: the credit, the upgrade when one is available, and the flexible arrival and departure.

How the package varies by property

The shape is shared. The details are not:

• Amanzoe, Greece: a $100 food and beverage credit for Pavilions and Beach Cabanas, $250 for Villas.
• Amanyara, Turks and Caicos: Villa bookings add a further $100 food and beverage credit per bedroom, once during the stay.
• Aman Nai Lert Bangkok: the credit also works at the spa, though not at Medical Wellness by Hertitude Clinic or the Aman Essentials boutique. Stays of two nights or more add round-trip limousine airport transfers and airport fast track.
• Amankora, Bhutan: no upgrade, because all room types are equivalent. Wi-Fi is listed as complimentary.
• Aman-i-Khas, India: no upgrade.
• Amanjena, Marrakech: the upgrade goes to the next room level within the same category, Pavilion to Pavilion or Maison to Maison, and excludes the Al Hamra Maison.
• Amanpulo, Philippines: upgrades go up to a Beach Casita.
• Aman Tokyo and Amangiri: the credit has exclusions, retail and La Patisserie by Aman Tokyo at the first, alcohol and the boutique at the second.

Four listings, at Amankora, Aman-i-Khas, Amansara and Amanbagh, still carry a 2025 label. One more reason the written quote, not the listing, is what to rely on.

How to book Aman through Geisel

Send the hotel, your dates and the number of guests. Within 24 hours Geisel replies with a written quote: the room, the rate, taxes and fees, the total, the hotel's cancellation policy for that rate, and the amenities. Nothing is booked until you say yes. There is no fee on hotel bookings: you pay the hotel directly, at its own rate, and the hotel pays the advisor a commission. Booking one of Aman's own offers?
