One person designs the whole journey.

Geisel plans, books and confirms every service on the ground, from the VIP meet and greet when you arrive to a recap when you are home. Usually from about $15,000 to $20,000.

What she takes care of

Every service on the ground, booked and confirmed.

Geisel is a full-service advisor. You decide what the trip is for; she plans, books and confirms the rest.

  • VIP meet and greet

    Met on arrival.

  • Transfers

Every drive on the trip, arranged ahead.

  • Hotels and private residences

  • Experiences and activities

What you came for, booked before you leave.

  • Trains and domestic connections

The legs between places, timed to fit.

  • Monitoring and assistance, 24/7

Day and night while you travel, with help when plans change.

  • A recap on your return

By call or by email, once you are home.

How a journey comes together

Nothing is pre-packaged. Every journey starts with a call.

  1. Your request

Where you want to go, when, who is traveling and what the trip is for. Geisel replies the same day.

  2. A 30-minute discovery call

Complimentary. She learns what you want from the trip and explains the planning fee, which varies with its length and complexity.

  3. Your proposal

Designed for you after the call. Costs are worked out with you between the call and the planning. Hotel stays booked on their own carry no fee.

  4. Booked, and looked after

Every service confirmed, 24/7 monitoring and assistance while you travel, and a recap by call or email on your return.
