Cancellation Policy
January-March: Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the stay.
April-September: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the stay, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the stay.
October-December: Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the stay.
January-December: Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full amount (100%) of the stay.
