Cancellation Policy
March, April and November: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (3 PM CET). Cancellations within 5 days: 100% penalty charge.
May and October: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (3 PM CET). Cancellations within 14 days: 100% penalty charge.
June until September 30: Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations within 21 days: 100% penalty charge.
Full accommodation payment is processed automatically per accepted terms and conditions. No-show, early departure, or reduction of stay: 100% of the booked stay will be charged and is non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
