Set among the spectacular mountains of Interlaken, the Victoria-Jungfrau offers discerning guests a blend of modern comforts, tradition, and Old World charm. Established over 150 years ago, this elegant hotel has been thoughtfully renovated, with all 216 rooms—106 of which are Junior Suites and Suites—now featuring air conditioning. The cost of these renovations was CHF 30+M.

Dining options include the "Ristorante e Pizzeria Sapori" on Interlaken’s main boulevard, which serves a variety of Italian dishes. "La Terrasse Brasserie" combines modern Swiss and international cuisine, while the Michelin-starred "Radius by Stefan Beer" focuses on locally sourced ingredients from within a 50-kilometer radius. Guests can also enjoy coffee, cakes, and finger foods on the outdoor terrace.

During the summer months, the outdoor pool is open from June to September, offering a refreshing retreat. The hotel’s location provides ample outdoor activities year-round, including river rafting, speed boating, swimming, hiking, biking, skydiving, and fishing in the warmer months. In winter, 43 mountain railways and ski lifts give access to 125 miles of slopes. The hotel also hosts several festivals, such as Music Festivals, Summer Ball, and ICE Magic.

Spa Nescens, one of Europe’s largest spas, spans 5,500 square meters and features a comprehensive range of health-promoting services. The facilities include a sauna complex, steam baths, quiet rooms, massage options, beauty treatments, a gym, an extensive pool area, indoor tennis courts, personal trainers, and a Private Spa Suite. Services include osteopathy, physiotherapy, nutrition, coaching, body treatments, facials, and fitness training, all managed by a multi-disciplinary team of experts.

For children, the hotel offers a new two-story kids' house and an engaging children's program, allowing parents to enjoy some time together while their children interact with local and international peers in a multicultural environment.
