From Deluxe Rooms to Junior Suites:

• Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free of charge if completed by 3PM local time 7 days prior to arrival. After this deadline a 50% cancellation fee of the full stay amount will be applied and charged for all cancellations and amendments, as well as for non arrival.

• Guarantee Policy

A non refundable deposit of 50PCT of the full stay amount will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Classic Suites, Grand Suites, Pool Suites and Villa Suites:

• Cancellation Policy

Any deposit paid is non refundable. Cancel 15 days or more prior to arrival to avoid being charged the full stay amount. Any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the stay. No shows are also charged at 100% of the full stay.

• Guarantee Policy

A non refundable deposit of 30 PCT of the full stay amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance for the full stay will be charged at 3pm local time 14 days prior to arrival.
