Cancellation Policy
A written notification must be received by us when any reservation is to be cancelled.
Confirmed reservations arriving & departing between 01 November to 19 December inclusive and 11 January to 30 April inclusive, when cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, the Hotel reserves its right to charge a cancellation fee equal to two night accommodation (room only).
Confirmed reservations arriving & departing between 01 May to 31 October inclusive, when cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, the Hotel reserves its right to charge a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation (room only).
Confirmed reservations arriving & departing between 20 December to 10 January inclusive, are subject to a 50% deposit, to be received within 30 days of making reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if any cancellation or reduction in length of stay is received within 60 days prior to arrival.
Should the cancellation occur within 7 days prior to arrival at any period, the Hotel reserves its right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation value (room only).
In the case of early check out at any period, the Hotel is entitled to charge the entire reserved period.
