Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be sent to the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the schedule arrival date (Shanghai time) to avoid the late cancellation of one night charge. No show policy for the entire stay shall be imposed for failure to check-in at the hotel on the schedule date of arrival.
