The acclaimed, results-oriented programs are designed to recalibrate the mind and body through an intense fitness and wellness regimen paired with a highly structured, plant-forward nutritional diet. Each day features 2- or 4-hour daily hikes, afternoon strength training, restorative yoga sessions, and deep tissue massage. The fitness program is complemented by a nutritionally dense, plant-forward diet that includes the finest fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes and seeds, and excludes alcohol, dairy, soy, processed sugars, diet sweeteners and gluten to aid in the cleansing and revitalization process. The Ranch has also added coffee for breakfast, and poultry and fish during select dinner services.

In the event of a cancellation within 40 days of your visit, and if we are able to fill your opening, we will happily credit you less a 10% cancellation fee or move you to a later date. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged to all refunded deposits.
