Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled between 15 and 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation charge. Reservations cancelled within 7 days will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
