Set in the heart of South Australia’s Barossa Valley, The Louise offers a relaxed luxury retreat surrounded by vineyards and the region’s renowned food, wine and creative communities.
Fifteen spacious villa-style suites feature private courtyards and terraces, generous lounging areas, open fireplaces, luxuriously appointed beds and ensuite bathrooms with deep bathtubs and private outdoor rain showers. French doors open to views across the surrounding vineyards and Barossa landscape.
At the heart of the lodge, Appellation showcases seasonal, locally grown produce through contemporary menus, complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines from the Barossa and beyond. Guests can also enjoy the wet-edge lap pool, fitness centre, sauna and the lodge’s walk-in wine cellar.
The Louise provides a stylish base from which to discover the Barossa’s wineries, cellar doors, restaurants, galleries and natural attractions, with the lodge team connecting guests to private touring and personalised local experiences.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings outside of festive season may be cancelled or amended prior to one month from arrival without forfeiture.
A non-refundable deposit applies to all bookings around the Christmas and New Year period (24 December – 2 January inclusive). Cancellations or amendments from booking date up until one month to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations and booking amendments received within one month of arrival forfeit all monies paid.
No refunds or credits can be given in the event of non-arrival, any unused services, or unused nights due to travel and/or weather disruption. For peace of mind, we recommend you protect yourself with comprehensive travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.
