Cancellation Policy
House Policy:
- Date changes or booking cancellations to confirmed bookings made between the time of booking and 22 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty.
- Date changes or booking cancellations to confirmed bookings within 21 days of arrival will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the booking value.
Some fully prepaid rates are non-refundable, any amendments or cancellation incur a penalty equal to 100% of the booking value. Individual rate products will display the applicable Cancellation Policy at the time of booking.
