At the heart of the estate is a historic finca dating back to around the 16th century, which has been transformed into the luxury 27-bedroom Son Bunyola Hotel. The estate also features three luxury villas: the four-bedroom Sa Terra Rotja, the five-bedroom Sa Punta de S’Aguila and the four-bedroom Son Balagueret.
