Surrounded by 130,000 acres of wilderness in the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve in Zimbabwe’s remote southeast, Singita Pamushana Lodge’s secluded suites are set high on a sandstone ridge, and feature breathtaking views of the landscapes and Malilangwe Dam below. Private plunge pools, vast decks and expansive interiors invite complete privacy and unwinding, while detailed stonework and design honour the rich cultural history of the region. In the main lodge area, a cliff-top firepit and signature Singita ‘bar-deli’ invite al fresco dining and storytelling under the stars.

The Reserve boasts one of the highest concentrations of the endangered black rhino and its abundant wildlife makes for unparalleled game-viewing. With exclusive access to this untouched wilderness, guests can immerse themselves in nature on twice-daily game drives, bush walks, sundowner boat cruises, excursions to rock art sites, and more.

Singita Pamushana Lodge has 8 suites and 1 villa, Malilangwe House, in total, each with its own private plunge pool.

• 4 x 1-bedroom suites

• 2 x 2-bedroom suites

• 1 x 2-bedroom family suite with master bedroom and a second, smaller bedroom

• 1 x 3-bedroom family suite with a master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms

• 1 x 5-bedroom Villa, Malilangwe House, with a master bedroom and 4 smaller bedrooms – this includes a private guide, vehicle, host and chef.

All suites feature en suite bathroom and shower, as well as an outdoor shower, private plunge pool, double-sided fireplace, mini-bar and fridge, room safe, air conditioning, overhead fans, private lounge, direct dial telephones and game viewing deck with a Swarovski spotting scope.

The main lodge area offers an indoor dining room, open dining room, teak-deck dining areas, bar, library, open-air lounge, wine cellar, two heated swimming pools and a jacuzzi, all overlooking the Malilangwe dam and sandstone hills.

High-speed wireless internet, satellite TV, fax facilities and US telephones.

PLEASE NOTE: The additional bedrooms in the two and three bedroom suites are not suitable for adults, only children

Children of all ages are welcome and bookings are subject to availability.

In the interest of safety, participation of children in any game activities (drives/walks/bike rides) is at the discretion of their guide.

When booking a double room, children 18 and under pay 50%.

In the event of any confirmed reservation being cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged for the period 16 January – 19 December annually:

Penalty of 25% of the total reservation value if cancelled up to 61 days prior to arrival

Penalty of 100% if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival

In the event of any confirmed reservation being cancelled during Festive Season, defined as 20 December – 15 January annually, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

Penalty of 50% of the total reservation value if cancelled up to 121 days prior to arrival

Penalty of 100% penalty if cancelled 120 days or less prior to arrival

FESTIVE SEASON: 20 December – 15 January Annually

Minimum of 3 nights is required at all lodges for guests travelling over this Season with the exception of Singita Kwitonda where there is a minimum stay of 2 nights year-round

No arrivals and departures are permitted on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day at any lodges
