Upon visiting the Lodge with his family in 2012, Ted Turner was instantly taken by Sierra Grande’s timeless elegance and serene atmosphere, and purchased it to serve as a launching point for his eco-tours to his nearby Ladder and Armendaris Reserves. Guests can take day tours to both properties to experience unbelievable wildlife, hiking, biking, and photography opportunities.
The Lodge at Sierra Grande provides a relaxing Southwestern vacation destination with rustic charm infused into each guest room and throughout the property.
