Cancellation Policy
WINTER, SUMMER & FALL (07 JANUARY 2026 - 16 DECEMBER 2026):
A deposit of 50% of full stay is required at time of booking to a Visa, MasterCard, American Express card or by wire transfer. This deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 35 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment will be charged to your credit card as required. For bookings 3 nights or less the full payment is required at time of booking. Should Guests no show, cancel or shorten stay before arrival or during stay, they will be charged for the full length of their stay.
EASTER (21 MARCH – 09 APRIL 2027):
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.
- Full prepayment for the booking is required no later than 28 January 2027 and if not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposits forfeited.
- Bookings made after 28 January 2027 will require full non-refundable prepayment to confirm the reservation
