Winter Season Cancellation Policy, 1 May – 30 September
Cancellation outside 31-days of arrival will incur a $250 booking fee*
Cancellation between 31 and 15-days of arrival: 50% charge for room nights cancelled.
From 14 days prior to arrival: full charge for room nights cancelled.
Summer Season Cancellation Policy, 1 - 30 April, 1 October - 14 December & 11 January - 31 March
Cancellation outside 90-days of arrival will incur a $250 booking fee*
Cancellation between 90 and 61-days of arrival: 50% charge for room nights cancelled.
From 60-days prior to arrival: full charge for room nights cancelled.
Holiday Season Cancellation Policy 20 December - 10 January
Cancellation prior to 1 August will incur a $250 booking fee*
Cancellation from 1 August to date of arrival will result in the full charge for room nights cancelled
*$250 booking fee will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance of funds returned.
