Cancellation Policy
Summer (June 1, 2020 - December 17, 2020)
- $0 down deposit; Final payment taken 48 hours prior to arrival and is non-refundable at this time
Holiday (December 18, 2020 - January 2, 2021)
- A non-refundable deposit of 1st night + taxes per lodging reservation is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Winter (January 3, 2021 - April 18, 2021)
- $49 refundable down deposit if cancelled by 9 November; The remaining amount is due 21 days prior to arrival. Within 21 days of arrival reservation is paid in full and non-refundable.
