Ecole Ritz Escoffier (Cooking School) ~ At the Ritz Paris, a school lives in the heart of our kitchens. Our Ecole is unique in the world, a place where French know-how is taught to aspiring professionals until they achieve excellence and to culinary enthusiasts, be they novices, experienced chefs, or budding young cooks. All our classes are conducted in French and simultaneously translated into English.

Your reservation can be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival after which a penalty charge of one night is applied to all stays of less than 3 nights. The entire stay is charged for a cancelled reservation of 3 nights or more.
