Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night charge, and a full charge of a maximum of three nights in the event of non-arrival on the day.
The above policy will not be applicable for non-refundable rate plan or reservation during the festive periods. Hotel will provide the guaranteed and deposit condition on case by case.
