Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOMS, BUNGALOWS AND SUITES
In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit per room is retained as cancellation fee. Full stay per room will be charged as a cancellation fee in case of a no-show or early departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE PHAEA BLUE VILLA
The deposit of 30% of total accommodation balance is not refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date will occur a 100% charge of the total stay as cancellation fee. Full stay will be charged as a cancellation fee in case of a no-show or early departure.
