Standing proudly in the quaint lakeside village of Moltrasio just fifteen minutes from Como town, Passalacqua, a private home since 1787, has been transformed into a once-in-a-century hotel. Each of the 24 unique accommodations, housed either in the grand Villa, the ancient Palazz or the romantic Casa al Lago, embodies the enviable lakeside lifestyle that has made Lake Como so beloved through the ages.
The mansion boasts seven acres of lush gardens across eight scenic terraces leading down to the lake shore, its mature trees and stately palms framing the blue expanse sparkling below. Nestled among the gardens, burbling fountains and centuries-old trees, guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool, an open-air gym in the olive grove, a lakeside tennis court, movie nights under the stars and much more.

Cancellation Policy
For arrivals between March 15 and April 25, 2024 incl. or between October 13 and December 19, 2024 incl.:
- No penalties for cancellations up to 15 days prior to the arrival
- Cancellations from 14 days prior to the arrival, early departure and no show 100% penalty.
For arrivals between April 26 and October 12, 2024 incl. or between December 20, 2024 and January 4, 2025 incl.:
- No penalties for cancellations up to 31 days prior to the arrival
- Cancellations from 30 days prior to the arrival, early departure and no show 100% penalty.
For all bookings exceeding a total value of EUR 30.000:
- 50% deposit (not refundable) required 60 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% prepayment (not refundable) required 30 days prior to the arrival.
Different cancellation policies may apply to long stays (7 days), multiple rooms (4 or more) and reservations exceeding Eur 70,000.00.
Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted by phone and they have to be confirmed by the hotel in writing.
