31 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
30 days or less before arrival, no shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per villa
Groups of 3 or more Suites and Villas:
61 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
60 days or less before arrival or no shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per suite & villa
For all Suites, Villas and Group Festive Bookings inclusive of either December 25 or December 31:
91 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
