Mount Nelson, a Belmond Hotel, is a lush oasis perfectly positioned in the heart of Cape Town. The iconic pink hotel has a rich heritage that is woven into the fabric of the city, and has been welcoming visitors since 1899.

Standard Terms:
- Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the check in date will attract a cancellation charge of a sum equal to one night’s accommodation rate per room for every 3 nights booked.
- No Shows will incur the same cancellation fees of 1 night's cancellation fee for every 3 nights booked.
- All new reservations will have our standard cancellation terms applied offering full flexibility.
Festive Season
- Cancellations received after 1st July are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking fee
