Cancellation Policy
January 2 - May 4, 2024: 3-night deposit including taxes due at booking. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 3-night deposit. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 14 days will forfeit the full stay.
May 5 - December 21, 2024: 3-night deposit including taxes due at booking. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 3-night deposit. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days will forfeit the full stay.
December 22, 2024 - January 4, 2025: 50% non-refundable deposit including taxes due at booking. Remaining balance is due by October 1, 2024. Cancellations received on or after October 1, 2024, will be charged for the full stay.
All Cancellations must be communicated in writing to MOCAN-Reservations@mohg.com to avoid penalties. No-shows and early departures will be charged the full stay. Trip insurance is strongly encouraged.
