Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges apply to both accommodation and program bookings
- Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the full booking irrespective of the season
- 1 April - 19 December 2025: 50% of full booking charged if cancelled within 21 days
- 20 December 2025 - 11 January 2026: 50% of full booking charged if cancelled within 45 days
- 12 January - 31 March 2026: 50% of full booking charged if cancelled within 21 days
- In the event of guest non-arrival or early check-out, Kamalaya Koh Samui will charge a fee equal to the full length of initial booking at contracted rates.
