• Spring/Summer/Fall: Cancellations: Forfeiture 50% deposit if cancellation is received thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival. Forfeiture of full stay if cancellation is received (14) days or less prior to arrival.
• Winter: Cancellations: Forfeiture 50% deposit if cancellation is received forty-five (45) days or less prior to arrival. Forfeiture of full stay if cancellation is received (14) days or less prior to arrival.
• Festive: Prior to 1 August forfeit 50% nonrefundable room deposit. On or after 1 August forfeit full stay. Revisions that result in a shorter stay forfeit 100% of each room night reduced.
• All cancellations must be communicated via email, and receipt confirmed by our Reservations Department. In case of no-show or early departure, the full stay will be charged.
• Trip insurance is strongly encouraged as our cancellation policies are irrevocable.
