Founded in 2000 by Gianluca Ziveri, Italian Style Villas brings over 25 years of expertise in curating a meticulously selected collection of luxury villas and apartments across Italy. We are renowned for offering properties in some of Italy’s most historically significant and picturesque locations, each featuring high-end amenities and contemporary design.

Our portfolio includes villas in Italy’s most sought-after destinations, such as Lake Como, the Tuscan countryside, the Tuscan coast, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Puglia, Sicily, Sardinia and other less touristy gems.. For those seeking city escapes, our apartments are situated in Italy’s most charming urban centres, including Rome, Florence, Venice, and Naples.

With properties catering to a wide range of preferences, our rentals range from €5,000 to €250,000 per week. Our collection features villas with 1 to 25 bedrooms, accommodating up to 50 guests, as well as apartments with 1 to 7 bedrooms, ensuring options for every type of traveller.

To maintain the highest standards and offer tailored villa selections that meet the specific needs of our clients, we personally inspect each property throughout the year. Our portfolio includes 850 villas and 200 apartments, ensuring a wide range of options. We negotiate directly with villa owners to secure the best market rates and commissions, guaranteeing an excellent balance of quality, price, and value for our clients.

For our partners, we have developed www.villasandcastles.com, a white-label website designed to streamline and enhance their operations. This platform is entirely free of Italian Style Villas branding, providing up-to-date property information with villa names replaced by numerical codes.

We also offer a fully customizable white-label website, featuring over 850 villas across Italy. This allows partners to create a seamless experience for their clients, complete with personalized branding, downloadable villa photos, PDF brochures, and customizable elements such as colour schemes, languages, property selections, rates, and calendars. Your clients will navigate a professional, fully branded website with no reference to our company, ensuring a smooth and exclusive experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is non-refundable. A penalty of 50% of the total cost is applied to cancellations between 60 and 40 days of scheduled arrival. A penalty of 100% of the total price is applied to cancellations within 39 days of the scheduled arrival. In order to concur with the above conditions, any cancellation requests/declarations must be received in writing via post or fax. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. catastrophic events such as natural disasters), we reserve the right to void this contract.We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance on the day of the first payment.
