Winter season (15th November to 31st March):

For cancellations occurring 61 days or more prior to arrival a 3% cancellation fee will be retained from the deposit.

For cancellations occurring between 60-31 days prior to arrival the deposit will be lost.

For cancellations occurring 30 days or less prior to arrival the full stay will be charged.

Summer season (1st April to 14th November):

For cancellations occurring 31 days or more prior to arrival a 3% cancellation fee will be retained from the deposit.

For cancellations occurring 30 days or less prior to arrival the deposit will be lost.

Festive season (20th December to 7th January):

Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival will incur a 3-night penalty.

For cancellations 90-00 days prior to arrival the total stay will be non-refundable.

Any shortening of stay occurring less than 90 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty.
