Cancellation Policy

SUMMER SEASON For cancellations communicated within 15 days prior to arrival there will be no penalty. For cancellations communicated less than 14 days prior to arrival any deposit will not be refunded. In case of delayed arrival or early departure the whole pre-booked stay will be charged.

WINTER SEASON For cancellations communicated within 30 days prior to arrival there will be no penalty. For cancellations communicated less than 29 days prior to arrival any deposit will not be refunded. In case of delayed arrival or early departure the whole pre-booked stay will be charged.

For the Suite Dolomites La Perla cancellations are free of charge within 30 days prior arrival (summer) and 60 days prior arrival (winter).
