Today, GoldenEye is owned by Island Records founder, Chris Blackwell, & continues to offer a unique escape from the noise, distractions, & tourist traps of the world around – much like it once did for Mr. Fleming. 2 Bedroom Villas - (4) of the 2 Bedroom Villas are located directly on Low Cay Beach & one is located on the lagoon. With their large porches, louvred windows & double doors, these private accommodations are constructed for year-round indoor/outdoor living.

1 Bedroom Villas - (5) 1 Bedroom Beach Villas open directly onto Low Cay Beach. The 1 Bedroom Lagoon Villa sits directly on GoldenEye’s four-acre signature lagoon. All feature a large porch, wooden louvred windows & wide double doors.

Lagoon Cottages - Each Cottage has its own private dock & a brightly colored kayak that’s tied up & waiting for you. Each cottage is built into lush natural landscape with direct access to the lagoon from your veranda.

Eat

Our menus feature a bounty of local specialties, from Jamaican-style ackee & saltfish to spicy jerk chicken with rice & peas as well as glorious seasonal fruits & sumptuous desserts.

Bizot Bar - On the western arm of Low Cay Beach, Bizot Bar is the spot for stylish low key dining, serving breakfast and lunch that includes fresh salads, yummy burgers and tasty pastas, as well as famously authentic and delicious Jamaican specialties.

The Gazebo - Built in an aerie, tree house-style, the Gazebo (with lounge & restaurant) serves up dishes with an international flavor. Overlooking both Low Cay Beach & The Lagoon, the Gazebo is the sexy, open-air spot to enjoy cocktails while watching fiery sunsets.

Spa - To spend time in the Spa is to exist in a more mindful & peaceful tempo, a cadence that allows us to breathe more deeply, live more slowly & more fully when returning to work & home. With its lagoon's edge cottage & open-to-the air treatment rooms, our spa without walls is a sanctuary for massage, salt scrubs, skin brightening facials, herbal wraps, & energy work. Guests can kayak or swim through the lagoon to arrive at the spa. In room treatments are also available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Within 15 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty will be charged on the entire stay with applicable taxes
• No show and unexpected departures will be charged 100% penalty on the entire stay with applicable taxes

FLEMING VILLA CANCELLATION POLICY

• Between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation value is non-refundable
• 25% of the total reservation value is non-refundable at the time of reservation

FESTIVE CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposit is refundable 45 days prior to arrival
• Within 45 days 100% penalty will be charged on the entire stay with applicable taxes
• No show and unexpected departures will be charged 100% penalty on the entire stay with applicable taxes
