January 1 - May 31: At time of booking a 1-night deposit is taken, and there is a 14-day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, hotel will retain 50% of the stay.

June 1 - November 19: At time of booking a 1-night deposit is taken, and there is a 3-day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to arrival, hotel will retain 50% of the stay.

November 20 - December 16: At time of booking a 1-night deposit is taken, and there is a 14-day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, hotel will retain 50% of the stay.

December 17 - 31: At time of booking a 2-night deposit is taken and there is a 30-day cancellation policy. 30 days prior to arrival date, we will charge the remainder of the entire stay and at that time, the reservations may not be cancelled and non-refundable.
