• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival; otherwise, the first night’s room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 1 day prior to arrival, as well as early departures, will incur a charge of the full accommodation balance. For all cancellations or amendments, please contact the Reservations Department directly.
• No-Show Policy: For non-cancelled bookings, if the guest does not check in, the total cost of accommodation or any prepaid amount will be charged as a no-show fee. 24 hours after the official check-in time (15.00), the hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking not yet checked in and release the room(s) to other guests. In such cases, no reimbursement will be provided to the booking holder.
