Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit is taken at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of your stay will be charged to your card 30-days prior to your check-in date. The 20% deposit is refundable. Your reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or you will be charged the remaining balance of your stay. Please note that holidays and promotions may have a less flexible cancellation policy including Christmas, NYE, MLK, President's Day, and Spring Break.
