Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 60 days before arrival, less the administrative fee. *Please note that an additional 3.99% processing fee will be deducted from any AMEX refunds. Balance is due 60 days before arrival, at which time the booking becomes 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.
Festive Cancellation Policy: For Christmas and New Year's bookings, the 50% deposit received at booking and the balance due 60 days before arrival are 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.
