LOW SEASON (08.04 – 30.04 and 16.10 – 31.10) & MIDDLE SEASON (01.05 – 19.05 and 01.10 – 15.10)
Free cancellation more than 14 days prior the arrival. For cancellations between 3-14 days prior the arrival, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be charged as cancellation fees. For cancellations less than 3 days prior the arrival, total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
HIGH SEASON (20.05 – 30.06 and 01.09 – 30.09) & PEAK SEASON (01.07 – 31.08).
Free cancellation more than 21 days prior the arrival. For cancellations between 7-21 days prior the arrival, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be charged as cancellation fees. For cancellations less than 7 days prior the arrival, total cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No show and early departures incur 100% cancellation fees.
